It was a hot one! Kenna qualified second and started on the outside for the first race. The green flag dropped, she settled into second position, putting pressure on the leader. After a restart on lap 14, she passed on the outside and stayed out front for the win!
The second race was a wild ride. With the invert Kenna started at the back and had to make her way through traffic to the front.
She was third on lap 7, second on lap 26 and had to be patient to make the pass for the lead. But with 10 to go, she needed to make a move. She set up the pass, got driven down on and went for a ride. Kenna was able to back out in time for both cars to stay straight. Thankfully, just some tire rub, she set the pass back up and made it to the lead on lap 33 and drove away to the checkered.
